Dui Legal Help I live in wi. I have 2 back to back dui’s.?
I have court in a couple days and I am wondering if anyone knows for sure if I will have to go to jail? I blew a .133 (legal limit is .08) on my 2nd dui. plus I was driving on a suspended licence (2nd offense). Someone please help! I cant afford an attorney. Am I screwed?

Why is every question asked by somebody charged with DWI given what if questions and not answers ?
Look at any question asked by somebody with a dwi question. 90% of the responses will be what if ( insert any horrible event here ).
If the what if had happened then the question would be pertaining to the what if. For example somebody will ask what type of sentence they can expect for a first time dwi in Texas.
Immediatley they are hit with. What if you had killed somebody. What if you have hurt somebody. DWI is horrible. Hope you go to jail for a long time. You get the point. This is not just for DWI but that is just the ones people are most passionate about.
Last time I checked if you are in court for running a red light you get a fine for running a red light. You don’t go to prison for vehicular homicide because you could have killed somebody. You get the penalty for the actual charge. So why can people not answer the questions and stop with the what ifs. If somebody wants to know what will happen if they kill somebody they will ask that question.
Well then there’s only one simple response: go to court and find out what happens. The time to be asking questions is BEFORE the DWI charge not AFTER. And the question should be: ” What’s the number for a cab? “

I lost my drivers license threw a dwi then was caught driving on a suspended license twice within a year period of time. Can i go to another state to live and get a license.
By the way to all you who are answering this question I would like to say thank you. But I would also like to add Ive been sober for three years now and am really serious about my sobriety and have been working to do the right thing and own up to my responsibilities. I have two daughters Im trying to be with who live in Georgia right now. My license is off of revocation, I just cant get my license until I take a 6 month drug n alcohol program. Without a license its hard to get to one and afford one for that matter.

Instead of looking for ways around your punishment, maybe you should take this opportunity to learn a little responsibility.
