for one – it was truely a messed up deal. i wasnt even driving and had been home for 20 minutes…. help – why should i pay
why would they do that? law is business. big business. did you help anyone pay off their student loans? looks like it’s up to you on this case.
so you’re saying they came to your house, knocked on the door and arrested you for DUI? you need to find out why. would help if you had corroborating witnesses. get a notebook and fill it up with your case. where i live a DUI can get very expensive, with limited if any driving priveleges, alchohol counseling, regular meetings, etc. not to mention the fine.

I was arrested on Oct 20 2008. when i went to court the first time i was told to go to the D A office ,then i was told to call every two weeks as of today Feb 24 2009 i have still not been charged. The D A’s office only tells me that it has been logged. I cannot drive since they took my license. what can i do to have me license reinstated?
