Penalties Drunk Driving What are the penalties for driving while impaired (not drink driving)?
I need to know what the penalties are for being caught driving while impaired by LEGAL drugs, eg. cold medications, allergy relief medications, etc, which can cause drowsiness. It doesn’t matter what country’s law you quote, because I need different country’s responses. Thanks.
No difference, DUI stands for driving under the influence, no stipulation of “influence of what”.

Dui Program Does PA DUI program still allow for temporary drivers license?
I know PA changed there laws lately. I checked Penn DOT webpage and they mention nothing about it. My dad got a second DUI 7 years appart and needs a temp drivers permit for work. He was told by everyone in prison they now longer allow it and his lawyer didn’t exactly say they do either but, he did say he’ll be happy to apply for one for an extra fee. Can he get a temp permit and will he have to get that blow thing installed in his car if he does.

Drunk Driving Attorneys How can i sue the guys i hit while drunk driving?
I admit it, i had a few in me. It was late and i was driving through a busy intersection and i really needed to go to the bathroom when i saw a road work ahead sign. I decided not to sit in traffic with all the other jerks, floored it, and went around the long line of cars. Right at the end of the work zone i ended up running down 2 of the workers who are in the hospital but okay. I was drunk and could not help laughing at the sight of them flying through the air. Here is where it gets interesting. These thug co-workers drag me out of the car, see all the empty beer bottles on the floor, and rough me up pretty good. My question is, on what grounds to i sue these jerks for beating me up? I can’t find an attorney that will take my case.

I was arrested for DUI in Florida and pled not guilty. A few days later, the prosecutors dropped the charges because they felt it was unlikely I would be found guilty at trial (Nolle prosequi is what they called it). What will my background check say. I’m worried this could reflect negatively on me when I’m looking for a job, even though I wasn’t convicted. (I wasn’t drunk, video and breathalyzer proved it.) I’m worried this is why I haven’t been getting call backs after interviews!
