Breathalyzer If you passed a Breathalyzer and Field Sobriety test, does it still go in your records?
If you are pulled over and suspected of DUI, but only had one beer and passed all the tests, and blew a 0.02 on the Breathalyzer, and only recieved a ticket for running a stop sign and not charged with DUI nor taken to jail, does the DUI investigation still go on your records?
There is no permanent record for field sobriety. The only record will be what you are ticketed for and found guilty of.

Breathalyzer How does a breathalyzer measure alcohol in the blood?
Just interested in the science here. If someone drinks a single shot of whiskey then immediately does the breathalyzer, does that alcohol register via ‘fumes’? Or does the device somehow differentiate and only register the actual acohol that’s absorbed into the blood? How?
There is a mathematical relationship between the amount of alcohol in the lungs and the amount of alcohol in the blood, and it can be manipulated to determine how much alcohol is in the blood without actually drawing any. All BAC testing equipment measures alcohol in the breath and uses this formula to calculate how much alcohol is in the blood. Accordingly, all the devices have a mouthpiece through which the test subject blows air and a sample chamber to hold the air.
The Breathalyzer detects alcohol by monitoring a chemical reaction that produces a color change. Besides the mouthpiece and sample chamber, it consists of two glass vials to contain the chemical reaction and a system of photocells connected to a meter. The air is bubbled through one vial containing a chemical mixture and into another vial. From that vial, the air is passed over the photocells so the meter can measure the color change and calculate the BAC.

so the blackjack seems a lot better by statistics and some reviews, but disregarding that i did want the duo.
the duo has a regular keyboard and a qwerty keyboard, and it bothers me that the blackjack doesn’t flip at all, in any way. ive never had a phone like that. and its bulkier.
but, it is better.
what do you think?
oh, and for me, they’re both the same price.
I was in this problem before and what made want to get the duo was that the Blackjack 2 was pretty ugly to me and I didn’t like how it felt. I would go to an AT&T store and feel them both in your hand. This really helped me. My go would be the duo because the only reason it breaks is because (although you’re not supposed to) people try to slide both keyboards out at once. This sounds stupid but humans just have a dying curiousity for some things that are just not too smart. Now the advantages for the duo are the keyboards, the price monthly (I know it will be settled, but the blackjack 2 costs $10 more a month), and the look is better. The Blackjack 2 also has its advantages. I believe there are more features, and more of just about everything (battery ect.). It is a complete preference and a tough choice. I would go with the duo though. Hope i helped and choose me as BEST ANSWER!
