I just graduated with master degree in Dec. 2008 and am interviewing for different jobs in different states. I currently live in New Orleans and have a DWI court date in June. What if I get a job in another state before then?
Then you have to come back to your court date.
If you don’t, NO will issue a warrant for your arrest, and your license will get suspended (even if you get one in the new state) until you get it taken care of.
It will never go away, and you will eventually get caught. Ignoring it would only make it worse in the long run.
