This means they have some sort of guest worker status and make the back like everyone who comes here with a visa if they wish to keep a job. They can pay back taxes or a minimum penalty estimated. There have been payroll deducted, but are not eligible for Social Security benefits or Medicare. Not entitled to Medicaid or foodstamps, period. This is a much better than many of them living in Mexico, then leave to take advantage of that. Our currency is much stronger it is still valid. And if it motivates an initiative aimed at improving the present life, then so be it.
