Reckless Driving

Reckless driving ticket in the state of IL what usually happens when you get one?
how much is the ticket usually does the person go to court what all happens? a friend got caught driving 24 miles over the speed limit so im curious as to what happens when someone gets a reckless driving ticket??
Also she has special insurance because she got pulled over a few years ago for driving w/o a license and no learners permit or insurance on the vehicle how will that effect her if it does …higher premiums?
The fine will be up to the Judge. It all depends on what part of Illinois she received the citation, and what her driving record is like. Her special insurance is most likely SR22, because she was found guilty of no insurance before. If the Judge is in a good mood, she might get a several hundred dollar fine, and driving school, if eligible. Or, a fairly large fine, and a possible suspension. As far as the insurance going up, because of the violation, most likely it will.
