getting pulled over?
Any officers out there or anyone else… 
scenario one .. i am driving down the road with an expired temp tag in window in salt lake city,utah and i am in a lane of bumper to bumper traffic i pass a slc police officer and he cant get in behind for lack of room.. i made eye contact and knew he saw my tag i pulled into the next parking lot cut off motor and took keys and jumped out of car the cop pulled into the lot told me from his car if he saw me on the road he would ticket me.. he then left another time i knew i was getting pulled over for being on a street under construction even though i lived on it, they were cracking down.. same thing happend shut off car no ticket.. once on a ride along the officer couldnt arrest or ticket the guy for dui cause he wasnt able to iniate a stop before the man stopped … had his keys out of the car.? is this a sure fire way to get out of a ticket or is it case by case..not trying to say beak the law .. just wanting to know
