How does a person find out what their blood alcohol level was for a DUI if they took blood?
This person is charged with a DUI and says they didn’t give him the results of his bloodwork, and isn’t even sure if he was drunk. I found out for him that blood testing is the most accurate though. When I got him out of jail he didn’t seem drunk to me, but he very well could have been. I would like to know how to get his blood test results. Does anyone know how I can get them without him knowing or does he have to get them? Thanks.
You have nothing to do with the case, so you can’t find out (only his arrest is public info while the case is still pending). He can subpoena the results from the crime lab through his attorney.
