It depends what state you live each state has its own requirements the granting of licenses for dental hygienists. I recommend you check with your State Board of license before going at school. If you only have a DUI and not very serious event (eg, if no one was hurt), I can not imagine that you will no problem. But it is wise to check first. Your school can probably help you contact the right people in state, but I have something to information to the source. Good luck!
