Does Anyone know Georgia Dui Laws? I need to know what will happen to my Interlck Ignition Device if..?
from Colorado? I have only one DUI,but Colorado laws restrict my license to the interlock device for 2 years. I would like to move to Georgia soon, and will need to get my car accross the country and change my license over
Georgia will probably not allow you to change your license until the restrictions are listed.
This is probably something the average officer would not know, as it is handled by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. You will need to contact them.
