Drunk Driving Lawyers
Underaged Drinking and Driving, Minor Consumption, and Curfew Violation?
What do you suppose a realistic outcome to this could be? I will be attending a rehab facilty and attend to make the judge aware of that…I am also going to stress the error of my ways.
1.) I blew a .094 thats .014 above the legal limit where I am from and I’m under 21
2.) I had been driving but the officer found me and a close “friend” parked at a local park so I wasnt pulled over wich is why I wasnt charged with DWI
3.) The local curfew is 11:00 I was apprehended at 12:44
4.) This will be my second offense with Underaged Drinking and Driving
5.) Last time I had a 30 day liscence suspension, 6 months probation, and 20 hours community service
I am looking for answers from police officers or Law related workers(lawyers, Judges, etc.)
I am 16 years of age.
I have been off probation for a good 3 months
I intend to attend rehab…from personal stories this may effect the judges decsion what do you think?

you probably wont see any jail time, but you’ll certainly get a much worse punishment since its your second time. Im guessing you’ll probably get 6months to a year of license suspension. maybe even more. added probation i’m sure (especially if youre still on it from the last charges.) and more more more community service.
