My question is? My husband said it has filed for divorce 3 weeks ago in Portland, OR. What would the paperwork shortly. I asked several times, what is the name and telephone number of counsel. He only said that his company, he filed papers. And its so far the court. If filed wouldnt really gave me the information? Otherwise, I think it is fair to say this to me on his back. Otherwise, he would have to introduce myself under a payment plan to pay for it. We've been married 23 years HES was an alcoholic and abusive comments and visits over the years. No children! Just tired and crappy all much happier and everyone I know comments. Thank you
Three weeks is a long time to waiting for documents to be served. What he has submitted file should be public, so you can go to the registrar and request view. It would charge fees to make a copy for yourself. But you can write information to the prosecutor. Assuming he actually did the file and not stagnation.
