We separated in August 2008, and legally married to another man. My ex went to submit their statements and said we had to get a divorce law before being reintroduced separately? If it's true I'm still married common law my ex and are not actually legally married my husband. Im really confused, any help is greatly appreciated. PS I read the laws of Oklahoma Law on Marriage and common says that if it is after 11/1/98, then not recognized, but the lady who made the charge seem to think otherwise.
